These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between the Customer and the Seller, referred to herein as either the “Terms and Conditions” or this “Agreement.” By purchasing from or placing an order with the Seller, or by requesting products or engaging in services, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. Amendments to this Agreement may be made by us occasionally without specific notice to the Customer. The latest Agreement posted on SoundRelativity reflects the most current version, and we strongly advise reviewing it before using our site.

  1. Manufacturer’s Warranty: The Customer acknowledges that the Seller is not the manufacturer of the products purchased and that the warranties offered are those provided by the manufacturer, not the Seller. All items sold by SoundRelativity are brand new and come in the original manufacturer’s box. Warranty terms, if applicable, only cover merchandise shipped to the United States or Canada. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Prior to purchasing warranty coverage, please consult with the manufacturer or warranty provider to ensure coverage. SoundRelativity is not an authorized dealer for any of the products offered and is not affiliated with any manufacturers unless otherwise noted. However, we stand behind every product we sell and will assist in servicing products that the manufacturer refuses to service during the period of the original limited manufacturer’s warranty, up to a maximum of one year from the purchase date (excluding international orders, except Canada).
  2. Duties and Customs: International customers are responsible for any duties and customs assessed by their country and common carrier. None of our fees include any duties, customs, or taxes.
  3. Product Specifications: The Customer understands that they are relying on the manufacturer’s specifications and not on any statements, specifications, photographs, or other illustrations provided by the Seller. It is important to conduct thorough research on the product prior to making a purchase. Offers, promotions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  4. Product Liability and Indemnification: The Customer expressly waives any claim against the Seller or its affiliates based on any product liability, infringement, or alleged infringement of any intellectual property rights with respect to any product. The Customer also waives any right to indemnification from the Seller or its affiliates against any such claim made against the Customer by a third party. No employee of the Seller or its affiliates is authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf of the Seller or its affiliates that is not included in this Agreement.
  5. Order Processing and Delivery: Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. For order status inquiries, including tracking information, please email us at support@soundrelativity.com. Multiple product orders are fulfilled on a first-available basis, which may result in partial fulfillment of the order. The Seller will not be responsible for any delays in delivery or performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  6. Pricing and Product Offerings: The Seller reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, product offerings, and services without notice. This includes changes due to market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes, and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability and the availability of personnel to perform the services. The Seller cannot guarantee fulfillment of all customer orders. By submitting your credit card information, you authorize SoundRelativity to charge an additional fee of $25.00 for any wrongful credit card dispute initiated by the Customer.
  7. Returns and Replacements: Defective or damaged items may be returned for a replacement within 30 days of the product’s arrival. The items must be returned in the original condition, including packaging, manuals, accessories, and other documents. The Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, while SoundRelativity covers the shipping charges for replacement products. Prior to returning the product, the Customer must notify the Seller and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from SoundRelativity via email. No items will be accepted for replacement or repair after 30-day period from the product’s arrival, except for international orders. Items lost or stolen during transit are subject to product replacement only. Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issuance. All sales on special order items are final.
  8. Typographical Errors: SoundRelativity is not responsible for any typographical, entry, or photographic errors that may occur on our website and in our email correspondences.
  9. Binding Agreement and Severability: This Agreement is binding upon the parties and their respective successors, heirs, legal representatives, and permitted assigns. If any provision in this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or difference arising between the parties out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, excluding any other courts. The parties require that this Agreement and all related deeds, documents, or notices be executed in English.
